Jay holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Saint Cloud State University and is an integral member of the Flowpoint team, dedicated to both continuous learning and leadership. He excels at building strong client relationships and significantly driving business growth, and he currently serves as Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Section of the AWWA Young Professionals Board. This role particularly underscores his commitment to the future of the water industry through the support and mentorship of emerging professionals.

Each installation reflects a collaborative approach to emphasize our focus on long-term performance and serviceability. Below are a handful of water and wastewater systems we’ve delivered locally, specifically highlighting the range of solutions and applications we support.
Montana – Septage Receiving Station
This Septage General started as our first-generation station many years ago and has undergone numerous upgrades to keep it modernized, including the addition of a wastewater sampler and the retrofitting with our access terminals as technology has advanced.
Arizona – Bulk Water Loading System
A dual, overhead Bulk Water Station together with a simultaneous fill feature to get more water haulers through quickly. Not only leveraged by commercial and residential users, but local firefighters also use it to keep their trucks topped up and ultimately ready when needed during emergencies.
Utah – Bulk Water Truckfill Station
Flowpoint’s signature Water Admiral-style Bulk Water Station has a peaked roof for a picturesque look. We designed this station with dual truck fill points that operate concurrently, so that multiple trucks can take water at the same time and carry on swiftly to deliver their water.
Wyoming – Bulk Water Dispensing
Our standard Water General style Bulk Water Station is suitable for residential and agricultural applications. Altogether, this station leverages the features available in our Bulk Water Station Software, which allows operators to control access with an access code and PIN authorization.
Colorado – Septic Receiving System
A Flowpoint Septage General, installed to provide local septic haulers a convenient place to transfer loads. The system timestamps each dump, records the user and wastewater volumes discharged, and ultimately modernizes the process compared to the previous one.
Montana – Bulk Water Station
An overhead Water Admiral style Bulk Water Station, with integrated supports for the external piping. Heated and insulated, allowing it to be operable during the frigid winter months in Montana. A full-sized structure and a man door for accessibility during cold months as well.
Colorado – Bulk Water Station
An explicitly unique Bulk Water Station, custom-designed and built to match local aesthetics. Adjacent to Colorado’s stunning Rocky Mountain scenery, big beautiful blue skies, and most importantly, supporting the residents living a particularly peaceful and quiet lifestyle.
New Mexico – Bulk Water Dispensing
A Water Commander access terminal, deployed to support a regional reclaimed and water reuse dispensing program, and also known as a purple pipe system, provides access to treated municipal wastewater effluent. Further, it specifically helps protect their potable water sources.
Montana – Septage Receiving
A complete and successful retrofit of our Septage Receiving access terminal onto an existing facility, providing a cost-effective yet modern approach to their septic receiving program. The operating team installed this quickly and with minimal effort, activated it, and tied it altogether to its Septage Receiving Station Software.
Colorado – Water General Truckfill
A rather colorful Water General Truckfill Station, decked out to blend in with Colorado’s surroundings. Customers may worry that a new bulk water station may not fit the look and feel of their neighborhoods. So, we continuously work with you to ensure this isn’t a concern.
