From a single drop to a flowing legacy
It all started with one project: a northern community needed a better way to access bulk water while keeping their supply secure. We dove in, working side by side with local leaders to design the best solution possible. It was our first passion project.
As a result, we refined, tested, and expanded our approach, turning a custom fix into a trusted system used across North America. We’ve continuously evolved our offerings to include septage receiving, treatment for Water and Wastewater, and more.

With over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Allan concurrently guides Flowpoint’s team in developing solutions that balance proven engineering with real-world functionality.
Jay Morrison
VP – Business Development
Jay has been all about us since he joined the company at its inception. Holding various positions, including sales, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, customer support, start-ups, and project management.
Dean Michael
Vice President – Manufacturing
Dean is responsible for fabricating the stations, controls, and components to the agreed-upon specifications, then ensuring a high level of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Technical Sales Specialist
Cory supports all sales activities, ensuring that each customer is handled effectively by working with regional sales managers and sales reps who directly face our customers, as well as providing them with the necessary information.
US Business Development Manager
Michelle is a 20-year veteran of the water and wastewater industry, with a BSc in Computer Science and a career focused on using both computers and remote technologies to monitor critical system assets and improve utility performance.
Customer Support Manager
Gerry and his team are responsible not only for coordinating the start-up of the stations and training, but also for software installation and training, ongoing customer support, and parts and warranty. Gerry is also the main point of contact for installation support as required by local contractors.
Sales Manager – Western Region
As a former Public Works Administrator, Stephen understands the challenges utilities face and how to achieve particularly repeatable results through the application of best-practice solutions across diverse real-world operating environments.
Sales Manager – US Rockies Region
With over five years of experience at Flowpoint, Jay is a markedly accomplished sales professional with a passion for education and a keen interest in the dynamic field of water management across North American communities today.
Sales Manager – Southeast Region
A 20+ year veteran of the water industry, Matt brings proven solutions to problems uniquely specific to the Southeast, earned through collaboration, trust, innovation, regional insight, and measurable results.
Sales Manager – Ontario Region
Kris has been involved in the Water & Wastewater Industry since 1995, starting as an OIT with the Region of Durham. With over 20 years of operations experience, Kris is currently a Director on the OPCEA Board and works with municipalities across Ontario to provide engineered-to-order, turnkey systems.
